What should i do(opinions)?

a guy i've known for years we've been freinds and i just recently found out he has a gf. he cheated on her with me and i didnt know.. until later. so he's sorta of more then a friend. now he wants to stay freinds still but wnats to do stuff. i am very jelouse i want him to break upo with her. but he texted me yesterday and said that he wants to stop he feels guilty.. but then later he texs me and says he might come see me next week but he has to think about it first. what should i do.. i really like him i know he likes me but he can't let go of his gf.. helppp.....
