Should I change my major and if so, which one?

I am currently a computer science major as a freshman, finished a quarter and received a D in introductory computer science cl in C programming. I had to retake it again this quarter and I feel that it will again be a D or even lower. Should I consider changing my major? I have done well in my other cles so my overall GPA is still 3.0 or higher. And if so, which major should I pursue? I really like to program and do well on the programs part, but do poorly on midterms and finals (which is all written)
