Do you think it is time for a first strike nuclear attack against?

Russia,Iran, China,North Korea, Syria,Saudi Arabia AND France for good measure. A preemptive strike could wipe out most of their nukes and our defense system would wipe out the rest. A well planned, quick strike could straighten out our 'Foreign Policy' and straighten out this world in chaos.
