Is bike riding a great way to stay in shape? *mountain bike, around a track *plenty of hills* 4km long.?

Fat is cut in the kitchen. No joke. You can bike all you want for 8 hours a day, but if you come home and eat something bad, your never going to lose weight. Yogurt, as great as it might be, is not a weight loss food. It is a fatty dairy food. Light yogurt is hardly any better. What you body needs to fill it up are proteins, fibres, carbs, as well as calories to keep you going.I'm talking to you from experience. All of last summer I spent every day outside riding my bike around the bends of the south saskatchewan river. All of the way from where it started on the east and ended on the west. That's over 40k. Every day I would wake up and do this. In the end, all it got me was extremely sore legs, and a bunch of time wasted that I couldve spent doing other things.
