What should i do about this guy?

iu dont get this guy we met at work and artated out as friends he knows im kicked my bf out and before he would say how much he misses me when hes not with me he went on vacation adn called meevery day but eveyr other week he acts diofferently towards me i know its not bc iwant it more than him and he wants it but he said he wants more than that but then it seems like he isnt sure what he wants with me. he is so sweet to me thought he calls me his little princess but then he will ditch me andnot go out or tell me he isnt going out and go out wiht his friends. i really like him and we ditched work to go to his cottage one day and he always talk about how amazing it was and it was the best day he ever had ina long time and its his dads cottage but he goes up there every weekend and will text me just thinking about the time we came up here and how fun we had. i dont get him it seems like he want to be wiht me one min the next like he doesnt really care. some days he will barely talk
