How to get dowloaded tv shows from ares to itunes and download them to the itouch?

ok well i've been trying to get shows on my itouch without paying for them partly cause i dont have an account and apple is rich enough ROFL but i've already got some shows downloaded and i've been trying to get them on my itouch for like what 2 months now. PLEASE help.
