Do you have a cooking suggestion or recipe for PREMADE polenta?

I get that stuff now and then. What i do is slice it into rounds about 1/2" thick and saute them in a bit of oil. Make sure the pan is hot first or they might stick. They should get just a little brown and crispy on the outside. I like to sprinkle parmesan on them (after cooking) and just eat them like that, or they could be used as a side dish. Another thing you could do is put cheddar on them while they're in the frying pan on low heat; cover the pan and the cheese should get all melted and gooey...
